HIGH SPEED. Single-phase mill-pulverizer. It can quickly grind all kinds of soft and hard materials.
270 ° ROTATION. Ideal for processing foods such as grains, seeds, spices, chilies, among others. It is also effective for processes in the chemical industry and the food industry.
Good design, light weight, can move freely, simple operation.
The working time depends on the material:
- 20 seconds - spices such as chillies, pepper, dried leaves.
- 20-30 seconds - beans, soybeans, rice, corn, wheat, etc.
- 40-60 seconds: hard materials, such as pearls, roots.
FIBROUS MATERIALS. The fiber cannot be completely crushed, so the powder may be left with small pieces of fiber. Depending on the material it may require sifting after the first grinding and reprocessing the pure fiber.
NUTS AND OTHER OILY MATERIALS. Materials with high oil content such as nuts, peanuts, cocoa, sesame, etc. it is better to grind them by pulsations. For example grind 2-3 seconds, then stop. Again, grind for 2-3 seconds, then stop and so on until desired consistency is obtained. This is to prevent the powder from sticking to the booth as the speed of the motor is very fast and the material will collide with the blade and the booth generating heat, if the material is oily, it will easily cake to the booth.
