Refund policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 calendar days have gone by since your purchase date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We need to receive the original uninstalled part and it original packaging as received by you back to us within 30 days from the purchase date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We ship an as described item. In the event that the item is not as described, we will need to file a shipping claim. You must retain all components, accessories, manuals , packaging inner and outer in order to process these claims. Failure to retain these components as received is grounds for denying refunds as shipping companies will not process without these critical claims components.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Electronics and Electrical items that can be burned up by connecting incorrectly would not be able to be returned.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your return will result in an approval or rejection.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days. Items returned in the original new condition are subject to a restocking fee of 30% of the original purchase price less shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable and it is up to the buyer to return the item in the original condition. No refunds will be offered for parts that have been installed and have any mark on them including motor setscrew marks. Please ensure that any returns are well packaged/protected and insured to their full value as items that are lost in transit or not received in the exact same condition will not be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are damaged in transit as items are accurately described barring damage in transit. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@firstrateparts.com and we will provide at our discretion based on current stock levels

You will be responsible for paying for all shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We are not responsible for shipping company damages while items are being returned. You need to insure returns in the event of loss or damage.
